Copyright: It is understood and agreed upon by you, that all copyright to the products are retained by the original artist, Mahdhav Sarna, and that the transaction does not include the sale or license of the Copyright. You therefore agree, not to reproduce or copy the Product in any way, and that the sale of an original painting or certified, hand signed print assumes that you buy the product for your personal use only.
Mahdhav Sarna reserves the right to deny your order if it is suspected or known that you intend to reproduce or resell any of the products/artworks as part of a personal or commercial business plan of any kind.
Website Content: It is understood that all images of the artworks shown on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we try our utmost to ensure the highest level of quality, we cannot guarantee that the colours represented on the website will be an exact reproduction of the original piece. This may depend on the screen resolution, settings or device capability on which they are viewed. We do however, guarantee that all certified prints are colour matched against the originals, printed on the specified papers and will be consistent in resolution and quality to the highest degree.

Delivery: The final price includes free worldwide shipping and is shipped via Australia Post, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are subject to the Australia Post policies and time frames, once the order has been processed and shipped (orders and deliveries will be processed at the earliest). Please note that all items are shipped unframed and rolled in mailing tubes, unless stated otherwise.
Ownership/Responsibility: The purchased artwork is your responsibility from the moment it has been delivered to the specified address provided on the order. Please note that we take no responsibility for orders delivered to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your details are correct when placing an order.
Price & Payment: Final prices and transactions will be in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments processed via the msarna.com site will be done securely via PayPal and Stripe.
Warranty: The artist, Mahdhav Sarna warrants that the purchased product is an original or print of an original work of art that has been signed and therefore certified along with a respective certificate of authenticity, and in compliance with the quality specification portrayed on the artist’s website. The artist makes no other warranty, except as written in this agreement, the artist’s product is provided “as is”.
Sales: All sales are final, unless the item is damaged during shipping.
Return/Refund Policy:
All sales are final, unless the purchased artwork is damaged during shipping. There is no refund or return if you ‘simply change your mind’.
To return/refund a purchase, the original packaging as well as the full product must be retained. Please contact Mahdhav Sarna within a week of receiving your order, with details of the damage and your order number, via email at studio@msarna.com so we may do our best to resolve the issue. We’re here to help.
Return shipping costs are not included.
